Hello , I'm Argan , I'm a French fan so I will probably make many grammary mistakes , sorry ^^ . In France , we don't get the 5th book so I don't khnow that book enough . I love temeraire and I think I would be able to contribue to french breeds . For example , the french "Plein-Vite" was translated to "full speed" .But in the French book, the french name is "Toute-Vitesse", "Plein-Vite" is wrong, it's not a fluent word . May someone edit the page about "Plein vite", please?

Sorry , I don't speak english ...

Hi, Argan! Is there anyway that "Plein-Vite" could be translated to a corresponding English phrase more correctly? Because we've got five books now referring to this breed as Plein-Vite, so we can't just make the name go away.  :-) Rose 14:10, 29 September 2008 (PDT)

PS Ne vous inquietez pas des fautes grammatiques. Moi, je fais beaucoup des fautes quand j'essaie d'écrire en français !  ;-)

Argan : Don't worry, French is one of the most difficult languages to learn, and there are even many french people who make mistakes in french .

"plein-vite" can't be translated to "full speed" , it' would be better to say : " very quick" , " plein " means when something is full ,the contrary of "empty" . I don't think that breed is full of speed ... I think someone should just write on the topic that the real French translation of "Plein-Vite" is " Toute-Vitesse" . Besides, in the french book, that breed is named " toute-vitesse".

There are some other breeds, like the " Defendeur-Brave" , "Defendeur" doesn't exists in french, we must say " Defenseur" , with a "s" .
