The acid is projected (at least in Longwings) through bony spurs on the lower jaw, and is capable of erroding wood, stone, and flesh at highly rapid speeds. As Britain had no native fire-breathers, one of the most prized dragons in the Corp were the acid-spitting Longwings. Other vitriolic dragons include the Longwing's ancestor, the Sharpspitter, the Incan Copacati, and the Japanese Ka-Riu.
