Biography[edit]

Anahuarque is the former Sapa Inca's widow and the second last Sapa Inca's daughter. Her husband died of smallpox she survived but she now has a scarred face. She is tall and thin but with too large shoulders. She has lon dark hair that is turned to plaits. She is not a very pretty woman. Anahuarque just negotiates with women like Emily Roland, Mrs. Pemberton or Mme Récamier. She speaks Quechua, Frech and English. She is protected by Maila Yupanqui. Anahuarque is forced to marry again. The wrong marriage could leed to a civil war of the different clans so she is acting tactically like Penelope in the Greek mythology. She proposes more or less voluntary two possible husbands, Granby and Napoleon. In November or December 1811 she marries Napoleon and travels to France as new empress. Her son Joseph Pachacuti Yupanqui is born in May or June 1812. Anahuarque supports Napoleon with dragon soldiers of her incan army what was in fact the reason Napoleon married her for.
