He is a caracter of Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar. Laurence cites from this play for Lady Kiyomizu but he is not sure about the chronological of the different scenes. John Wampanoag's crew wants to play Julius Caesar for Kiyo.
Caius Julius, called Caesar, is also a historical personnality, a roman commander in the battle of Gaul. He is a kind of cousin on Marcus Antonius' mother's family side. He advices Anthony to put archers on Vincitatus' back to make her even more dangerous. He has got a cool aristocratic but agreable voice, a pretty face, leathery neck and diminished hair. He is dressed as a soldier and fights together with them. He has got lot of honor and a sense for drama. The feral dragon Caesar called himself after Caius Julius Caesar.
