Biography
Celeritas was a very aged dragon who served with at least two captains of the Rankin family. He was unable to tolerate Jeremy Rankin, so he moved into teaching new dragons.
He wore a golden ring studded with a jade stone around his neck, presumably a gift from one of his captains.
