Biography[edit]
He developped the Congreve Rocket, a kind of fire rocket that shall defend against air bombardements. The rockets shall protect Newcastle-upon-Tyne against a french dragon attack because the Aerial Corps has not enough dragons in this area to protect quickly the coal city.
