Biography[edit]
His partner is Mr. Royle. Together they shall advice the dragons to build their pavillons in 1807. Mr. Cutter is terrified of dragons and shrinks back as much as possible to the trees. One could not talk to him even when Mr. Royle wanted his expertise for the proposed slate roof.
