== Biography ==

Elsie is not yet full grown when she met [[William Laurence]].  She and Captain Hollin were assigned to courier duty. Hollin was assigned to Elsie, over [[Jeremy Rankin]], who treated his dragon, [[Levitas]], with disrespect even while he was dying.
