Biography[edit]
His purple dragons are loyal to him in every case. He followes Lord Bayan's and Prince Yongxing's ideas. He has got the necessary military power to fullfill his and Bayan's traitorous plans. Fela is young for his rank and has passed his whole life on the battlefield. He has got hard and callous hands and a leathery face skin. He has got a pigtail and a moustache both shortened to a practical length. He fights together with his soldiers. He is cruel and brute and seems to have no honor. He plays unfair and acts from the ambush. For his treason to General Lung Shao Chu, Prince Mianning, the Emperor, Laurence and the rest of the british delegation he is heavy punished, presumely death, prison or exile.
