Biography

Fellowes was an experienced harness-master in the Aerial Corps. He had some ten years of experience when Laurence added him to Temeraire's ground crew. He was dependable. But Laurence's favorite quality in his harness-master was his ability to grease the wheels of the Corps bureaucracy. He was able to get eight harness-men for his team that would not have otherwise been provided.

He is from Scotland, and his father is a master-of-hounds in his hometown.
