The name Flamme-de-Gloire means "Flame of Glory" in French. They are some of the most dangerous dragons in the French arsenal because of their ability to breathe fire. It is a usual tactic for the French to employ several similar-looking dragons (usually Papillon Noirs) to fly around the Flamme-de-Gloire as decoys, so the enemy does not know which to attack.
