Biography[edit]
He wakes up at night to help saving the prussian troop from Danzig Temeraire and the band of feral dragons brought to the gulf. He alarms the other ships and takes most of the saved soldiers. He and Laurence have a good relationship, maybe they are friends. He asks Laurence whether he missed the sea so much that he would turn his dragon into a ship and what class he would be. So he seems to have humor and to not be as formal as the other naval Captains.
