Biography
Hollin was a member of Temeraire's crew, but William Laurence asked him to keep an eye on Levitas, who was being neglected by his captain, Jeremy Rankin. Hollin did such a good job that when Levitas died, the Aerial Corps gave the next available Winchester to Hollin instead of Rankin. Hollin and the dragon, named Elsie, thereafter began training for courier duty.
