Species Notes
The name translates as "golden honour," refering to the colouration of the dragons--Striped red and blue on gold.
The Honneur-d'Or was one of three parent strands used in the breeding of the Longwing. The other two were the British Sharpspitter and the Russian Ironwing. The Honneur-d'Or's size was the key reason for its use in this breeding programme.
