Biography

Captain Ivan Rozhkov is a Russian aviator, and captain of a Russian heavy-weight dragon, Vosyem, as well as several Russian light-weight dragons who served Vosyem, including Grig. He also belongs to the Twenty-Sixth Regiment of the Air.

Captain William Laurence described Rozhkov as having "a luxuriant mustache and beard, brown shot through a very little with silver, and a narrow face fixed presently in anger; he held in his hand a peculiar sort of short-whip, with a heavy silver handle". (Blood of Tyrants, p. 326)
