Biography

Jacob Chukwah was an American trader from New York who was present at Larrakia to purchase goods. He was of Native American heritage, and said his brother had a dragon similar to Kulingile.

He planned to take the goods he bought to "Californiay" and ask the Chumash to fly it across the Rockies, rather than sail the dangerous Cape Horn route.
