Biography
Jeremy Rankin comes from a noble family and a long line of Aerial Corps captains. He was supposed to be next in line for Celeritas, but the Yellow Reaper couldn't stand him. He ended up with a Winchester named Levitas whom he treated poorly. Levitas was killed in action at the end of Book 1, leaving Rankin without a dragon.
