Biography
Companion to the Jiaqing Emperor and father of Lung Tien Lien. His own father was Lung Tien Xian, "Grandfather".
Chu was present during the ceremony in which Laurence was adopted as a son of the Emperor, followed by the formal binding of Laurence and Temeraire as companions.
