Biography
Lung Yu Ping was a Chinese courier dragon of the Jade breed. She was very small, almost the same height as William Laurence. As is characteristic of the breed she was able to fly at high altitudes and cover great distances, working as part of a network of Jade dragons that bring messages in relay.
