Pahuac was a male incan dragon and the guardian of the last hisorical Sapa-Inca Atahualpa. After Atahualpa was murdered in 1533 althought the Inca had paied the ransom, Pahuac killed all Spanishmen and afterwards he threw himself in a chasm with closed wings because of the shame that he could not protect the Sapa-Inca.
