To protect the secret of the [[Dragon Plague]], [[William Laurence]] asked [[Temeraire]] to use the [[Divine wind]] on her. Temeraire spared her life by roaring above her head instead of directly targeting her, but she tumbled into the sand pit where the [[Longwing]]s were quarantined.
