Biography[edit]

Demane's younger brother. After they were taken to Britain on board of HMS Allegiance Laurence made them both runners in Temeraire's crew.

After Laurence was convicted of treason, Berkley took Sipho and Demane under his wing. Although Demane was assigned to Arkady, Berkley managed to keep Sipho in his ground crew due to his youth, as he was not even nine.
