A greyling does seem to be a smallish dragon for a formation, but I think the main reason she was added was because of experience instead of size. And I'm sure Dulcia isn't simple like Volly, doesn't she make contributions to the geometry debate in EoI? Is Volly unusual in his level of intelligence? I think when her breed is mentioned, she's called a grey copper which elsewhere is said to be another name for the greyling.
