How are we going to be handling spoilers for the fourth book when it comes out? When are we allowed to add things to the main wiki without spoiler tags? -- Strangerface 16:29, 23 September 2007 (PDT)
Well, I have a thought. I don't think that tagging spoilers in the pages itself makes sense, nor does it work with our "encyclopedia" format. They're also likely not to get removed in a timely manner. I think the best way to flag them is to add a spoiler warning to the update field rather than the page itself (in the space for summarizing the page update). This way, those concerned about spoilers can use the Recent Changes page to avoid them, but they won't be buried in the text of the wiki itself. -whitearrow 19:41, 24 September 2007 (PDT)
