I know the feeling. There are few sensations quite so painfully awkward as looking at your old work. It's not limited to artwork, either; I've looked over old gaming rules I've written and old stories and wondered what the devil I was thinking writing that.

I certainly do! I had been doing some that wouldn't really fit any page, since they don't have a breed name, but I'm wanting to illustrate more of the French and British breeds.
