No.  Just because you find an image on the web with no notice does not mean it has no copyright.  That site is not the copyright holder of those images.  It is an '''illegal''' gallery site.  The creator of that site probably hasn't created a single image on it.  An image (or any other reproducible work) is copyrighted the moment it is created regardless if it has a copyright notice on it or not.  So you broke the copyright by posting the images here in the first place.  And second, you put (c) Xu after some of them claiming them as your own when they are obviously not yours.  I've seen all of them elsewhere.

No. Just because you find an image on the web with no notice does not mean it has no copyright. That site is not the copyright holder of those images. It is an illegal gallery site. The creator of that site probably hasn't created a single image on it. An image (or any other reproducible work) is copyrighted the moment it is created regardless if it has a copyright notice on it or not.
