Biography
Victoriatus was injured in an air battle in the North Sea, near Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1805. Maximus and Temeraire were called from the Loch Laggan covert to carry him there so he could receive medical attention.
During the exchange, Victoriatus unknowingly injured Temeraire, leading to the events that reconcile John Granby and William Laurence.
Victoriatus was well enough to take part in the Battle of Dover.
He was also the dragon that told Temeraire about whores, along with another dragon named Vindicatus (although this may just have been a misspelling of Victoriatus' name).
