The Victory of Eagles is the title of the fifth book in the Temeraire series. The title was announced in the official Temeraire Newsletter from Temeraire.org, along with a tentative release date of May or June of 2008.

It is currently unknown what the plotline will be about; though some are of the opinion that it may have some relevance to America due to the title.[1]

Conversly though, Napoleon also used the eagle as a symbol in his army, which was an emblem of both the first and second French empires. [2]

This could hint at a major French victory taking place at sometime during the book.
