Victory of Eagles

The Victory of Eagles is the title of the fifth book in the Temeraire series. The title was announced in the official Temeraire Newsletter from Temeraire.org, along with a tentative release date of May or June of 2008.

It is currently unknown what the plotline will be about; though some are of the opinion that it may have some relevance to America due to the title.[1]

Conversly though, Napoleon also used the eagle as a symbol in his army, which was an emblem of both the first and second French empires. [2] This could hint at a major French victory taking place at sometime during the book.
