Biography

Waley was Lily's surgeon. Along with the rest of her crew, he travelled aboard the HMS Allegiance to Cape Town to help find the cure for the dragon plague. He was captured along with thirty other dragon crew members by Kefentse, and died during the trek to Mosi-oa-Tunya.
