Biography[edit]
Lord Bayan is the head of the conservative party in China after Prince Yongxing died. He is very mighty and orders the attempted assassination of Prince Mianning and the prince's and Laurence's kidnapping. And it is likely that he ordered the assassination of Lung Tien Chuan. The purple dragons and General Fela fullfill his orders. Bayan's land and palace are in the west of Peking. He is good in talking and an ardent follower of Yongxing's antiwest ideas. He can't be punished directly but the Emperor isolates him after Bayan's plan with the supposed rebells failed too.
