Biography
Lung Tien Chuan and Temeraire, also known as Lung Tien Xiang, were hatched from twin eggs of Lung Tien Qian. Lung Tien Chuan's egg was selected to stay in China whilst Lung Tien Xiang's was sent to France. If both eggs had remained in China, the imperial succession could have been put at risk. The companions to each of the twins would both have had a strong claim to the throne and China could have faced civil war.
